KWLC is made of two groups: the work study staff and the on-air volunteers. The work study staff are students responsible for completing all the daily tasks needed to make KWLC run like the well-oiled machine that it is. The on-air volunteers, consisting of both students passionate about music and faculty who just never grew up, are responsible for all the programming, and of course, making us sound so good.
